You have known the tradition and reputation of our restaurant in Salt Lake City, Cucina-Toscana, for many years. The concept of it’s beautiful environment, authentic Tuscan menu selections, and famous service have come with me from not only the years I have spent as a restaurateur; but even as a child in Italy, I had dreamed of the day that I might bring my vision of dining excellence now to “Salt Lake My City.”

It gives me great pleasure to now share with you another element of that vision – to provide that same fine dining experience for the discriminating banquet and special event customer. With much pride, I present to you such a venue - Cucina Nassi - the historic post office in Sugarhouse, completely and beautifully refurbished, modeled after the motif of a grand salon in an early Tuscan villa. You must see it to believe it!

What I am so very proud of is our ability to provide the same wonderful Italian faire that you have come to enjoy from my kitchen at Cucina Toscana. You see, we have a full kitchen at Cucina Nassi, and the carefully designed custom menus for your event are prepared in the moment, and served immediately from the careful hands of my personally trained chefs.
